Dr. Rady’s expertise spans critical care medicine, cardiac anesthesia, and general anesthesia, with extensive experience in managing complex medical and surgical patients requiring high-dependency monitoring and organ support. His clinical practice also includes long-term ventilation management and multidisciplinary wound care, supporting patients with complex rehabilitation and prolonged inpatient care needs. His approach emphasises patient safety, evidence-based critical care, and coordinated management across acute and rehabilitation pathways.

Alongside his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Rady plays an active role in multidisciplinary wound care initiatives, supporting pressure injury prevention, patient and family education, and continuous quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
