Dr. Azima Abdelrahman is a Consultant Pulmonologist with over 20 years of experience in the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions. She currently provides comprehensive pulmonary care within a rehabilitation-focused setting.
Dr. Abdelrahman’s clinical expertise spans both acute and chronic respiratory diseases, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease, pulmonary vascular disorders, lung cancer, and sleep-related breathing disorders. She performs advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including flexible bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), pleural interventions, pulmonary function testing, and sleep studies.
Working closely with multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams, Dr. Abdelrahman integrates respiratory expertise into comprehensive recovery plans, supporting patients with complex medical needs and contributing to safe, coordinated rehabilitation pathways.
